Should any product prove defective, the purchaser's sole remedy shall be limited to the replacement of the product proved to be defective. Before using any product, user shall determine the suitability of the product for his intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. The foregoing may not be changed except by agreement signed by officers of ALSCO Industrial Products, Inc.
